If the past is anything to go by, Friday the 13th will be an unlucky day for about 30 motorists, since that’s about how many people have been ticketed in past crosswalk enforcement actions. This Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., The Dalles Police Department will be conducting a crosswalk enforcement action, aimed at getting motorists to yield to pedestrians attempting to cross the street.
