Creever, Keilman lead way in 5k event at Dufur Valley

New coaches bring excitement to The Dalles Wahtonka Cross Country team With a new coaching staff on board, coupled with some high-caliber harriers in the stables, there is reason to believe that The Dalles Wahtonka’s 2013 Cross Country team could be a wild card in the Columbia River Conference hierarchy.

39 local runners were on hand this past weekend for the annual Dufur Valley 5k and 10k run/walk, and many of the top harriers from across the gorge hit the pavement with some top times in mind.
