To the editor: The local realization that The Dalles is suddenly becoming wolf habitat is humorous. Wolves have been coming since the wolves were transplanted into Wyoming, Montana and Idaho. That was the plan before the first wolf’s paws hit the ground. We should first set the record straight as to cause and effect.
