Community Notes: Cherry blossom buffet April 8

The Mosier Grange is sponsoring a buffet on Sunday, April 8 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the grange hall — take exit 69 off I-84 and follow the signs. The buffet will feature grilled salmon, ham, main dishes, salads and a cherry dessert.

Delta Kappa marks 50 years, holds Spring Fling Bingo May 13

Delta Kappa Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The group was chartered in November 1966 in Hood River. Delta Kappa holds numerous fundraisers and has supported St. Jude Research Hospital, Oregon Easter Seals, Hospice, local scholarships, FISH Food Bank, the animal shelter, Relay for Life and more.
