In celebration and recognition of the elusive creature Bigfoot and in an effort to promote the natural beauty and local businesses in the rural areas of Skamania County, including the communities of Carson, Home Valley and Stabler, Wind River Business Association is holding the eighth annual Bigfoot Bash and Bounty on Saturday, Sept. 19, at Home Valley Park, just off Washington’s State Route 14 in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area.
