BOZEMAN, Mont. - A new car seat law aiming to enhance child passenger safety is now in effect across Montana, establishing updated guidelines for car seats and booster seats for children.

Beginning May 18 until May 31, the Hood River City Police Department will be conducting a two week traffic safety Blitz campaign. The focus will be on seat belts, speed, and cell phone use while driving.
