SHERMAN CO. — Bailey Coelsch, a senior at Sherman County High School, was honored by the Celilo Chapter of the Oregon State Society, Daughters of the American Revolution, as the Chapter’s Good Citizen for the 2024-2025 school year at their meeting March 19 in The Dalles. She received scholarship awards for her win at the chapter level and the district level.
