The ‘Reverse Starlight Parade’ kicked off the Christmas holiday season in the Gorge Friday, Nov. 27, as motorists drove Third Street through downtown The Dalles. The annual parade was “reversed” — with parade goers passing by the stationary floats — to reduce possible exposure to COVID-19.
