His comprehensive background includes managing global financial reporting at Athenex, Inc. during a phase of rapid global expansion, and overseeing all accounting functions as Controller and Senior Financial Analyst at The Cedar Bus Co.
A licensed CPA in New York State holding an MBA from Canisius College, Grisanti possesses deep expertise in establishing rigorous internal controls, executing complex financial forecasting, and partnering with operational leadership to support strategic initiatives.
