Building on the acquisition of IROL and its continued commitment to optimizing compliance management, TCE is introducing a new generation of services and platform capabilities designed to strengthen oversight, improve operational efficiency, and close longstanding compliance gaps for Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), service providers, and property owners nationwide.

As BRYCER enters its next phase of innovation, 2026 marks a significant milestone in the evolution of TCE, with both newly launched capabilities and major upcoming releases that broaden the platform’s role as the comprehensive compliance ecosystem in fire and life safety.

Available Now: Premises Portal Expand Compliance Visibility

Earlier this year, BRYCER introduced Premises Portal, a new service within TCE that expands compliance participation by enabling property owners to submit reports directly to their AHJ. 

Premises Portal, currently in pilot with select AHJs, introduces a secure, self-service pathway for property owners to submit reports, particularly for systems such as emergency and exit lighting that do not require a licensed contractor. In addition, property owners can maintain accurate information and stay informed on their property’s compliance status within the platform.

By making it easier to capture reports for systems like emergency and exit lighting, which are historically underreported through traditional workflows, Premises Portal helps expand reporting coverage and bring more data into TCE. Together, these capabilities give jurisdictions a more complete view of compliance activity, enabling stronger oversight and supporting safer communities.

BRYCER Adds Mobile Food Units to TCE Following IROL Acquisition

As mobile commerce continues to expand, Mobile Food Units (commonly known as food trucks) bring trailers and other non-fixed vendors into TCE, addressing a long-standing gap in compliance tracking. For AHJs, this feature provides a way to track hood suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and required inspections for mobile operations within the same platform used for fixed properties. By centralizing this data, jurisdictions can better monitor mobile vendors and reduce reliance on manual tracking methods, helping ensure these units meet required safety standards as they become more common across different locations.

Pre-Plan and AHJ Inspections Strengthen Administrative Control

Continuing this momentum, BRYCER will introduce Pre-Plan and AHJ Inspections in 2026, bringing two highly anticipated capabilities into TCE.

Designed to better prepare first responders before they arrive on scene, Pre-Plan delivers property-level intelligence, including system types, Knox Box locations, and critical life safety information, sourced directly from submitted inspection records within TCE. Giving fire departments access to verified data en route to an incident, Pre-Plan helps responders arrive with greater situational awareness to make faster and more informed decisions, while operating with increased confidence. It also replaces outdated or incomplete property records with real-time insights, improving overall operational effectiveness.

For departments that prefer to manage certain inspection activities in-house, AHJ Inspections introduces a new pathway to conduct and document inspections directly within TCE. This gives jurisdictions greater control while maintaining flexibility in how inspections are handled. Whether addressing special projects, high-risk occupancies, or situations where contractor workflows are unavailable, this capability allows AHJs to maintain oversight. All inspection activity, both contractor-led and jurisdiction-led, is captured within a single platform, providing a more complete view of compliance. 

Compliance Sync Reduces Report Management Workload

Later in 2026, BRYCER will expand TCE with Compliance Sync, introducing a more efficient approach to managing report data.

Traditionally, service providers spend time manually entering report data into TCE. Compliance Sync addresses this by shifting data entry to field experts, improving the speed and accuracy of submissions. By catching errors earlier and standardizing how reports are entered, jurisdictions receive cleaner, more reliable data from service providers. In addition, Compliance Sync includes bulk user approval and notice management tools, giving AHJs greater control over large-scale onboarding and communication efforts. Together, these capabilities help jurisdictions manage growing compliance demands with greater efficiency.

As part of its phased rollout, Compliance Sync is being introduced through a pilot program with select AHJs. This approach allows BRYCER to refine workflows, optimize onboarding processes, and ensure both service providers and jurisdictions can successfully adopt the solution to deliver consistent, proven performance from day one.
