Fairbrother has litigated at all levels of court in Alberta and has made submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada. Sarah Coderre for Workplace Human Rights Law (Alberta)
Sarah Coderre is a founding partner at Bow River Law LLP who was called to the bar in 2012. Her practice is focused on workplace human rights, employment disputes and workplace investigations. She has represented employees, students and members of the public before the Alberta Human Rights Commission and the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal, and regularly advises employers on accommodation obligations, workplace policies and employment contract matters. Coderre also represents unionized workers in labour relations board proceedings and serves as Treasurer of the Canadian Bar Association Alberta Branch Board of Directors. She has been guest lecturer at University of Calgary’s Faculty of Law in labour law, and has taught workplace harassment and violence legislation through the University of Alberta’s continuing education program.
