Ricky Eugene Elliott peacefully passed away in his home Thursday, July 6, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father Donald Elliott, mother, Vivian Botel (Farmer), and sister, Cheryl Morgan. Surviving siblings are Debra Speck, Devan Botel, Troy Botel, Larae Mead, Michelle Botel and Kimberly Roberts; also, an uncle to many nieces and nephews; and his close confidant Theresa Elliott.

Ricky served in the United States Navy. He retired from Columbia Basin Nursing Home, and was an active member of The Dalles Seventh-Day Adventist church and a community volunteer.
