Kerry Jean Conner, a Maupin, Oregon resident, died at home Sunday, June 8, 2014. She was 60 years of age.
Kerry was born November 3, 1953 in The Dalles, Oregon to Harold and Lilia (Morris) Barr. She was raised and educated in Maupin graduating from South Wasco County High School. On July 7, 1977 she and Charles Conner were married in Carson City, Nevada. Kerry worked for eighteen years at South Wasco County High School retiring in 2009. She enjoyed reading, computers/social media.
Kerry is survived by her husband Charles Conner of Maupin, Oregon; daughter Pamela Conner of Sacramento, California; son Charles (Flip) Conner of Wilsonville, Oregon; daughter Candis Beethe and her husband Darin of Rancho Cordova, California; brother Larry Barr and sister Teresa Page Ayala. Two grandchildren Brookelynn and Tyler Horton also survive.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday June 15, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Maupin Grade School Gymnasium. Potluck to follow at Maupin Legion Hall.
