Jerry Wayne Price, 65, a resident of The Dalles, Ore., died July 2, 2013, at Legacy Emanuel Hospital in Portland, Ore.
He was born June 11, 1948, in Willits, Calif.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia, and son, Jeremy, along with his half-sister Joyce and half-brothers Floyd and Edwin Shoop in California; also a daughter Chandra and her husband Daryl Ballard, grandchild Candice, two great-granddaughters Brylee and Kailee Mae, Ashley and great-great-grandson Branden; Daryl “Sonny” and wife Jennifer, and great-great-granddaughter Ari Lyn-Rose Ballard; along with other family too numerous to mention.
A celebration of life is planned Tuesday, Aug. 6, at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1100 Pentland St., The Dalles, with pastor Del Griebel officiating. Following the service, a potluck dinner will be at Spooky’s Restaurant at 2 p.m.
A memorial fund is set up at Rivermark Credit Union in The Dalles to help the family at this difficult time.
