Fred Akita

Fred Akita, 88, passed away, June 22, 2017, at the Oregon Veterans’ Home in The Dalles Ore., from a stroke. He was a longtime resident of Dallesport, Wash.

He is survived by a sister, Wasco Fujiwara (Bend); daughters, DeeAnn (Jon), Sherman County, and Sandie (John), Dallesport, Wash; four grandchildren, Kristin, Karlee, Patrick and Joseph; great-grandson, Ryker; and numerous nieces and nephews.
