Lady Rangers now riding a four-game road winning streak

HOOD RIVER – On a night when offense was tough to come by, the No. 13-ranked Dufur Rangers used its stifling defense to hold upset-minded Horizon Christian at bay. Down 15-12 at halftime, the Lady Rangers held Horizon Christian without a field goal for the final 18 minutes and used runs of 11-0 and 10-2 to score a 33-17 win Saturday in a Big Sky Conference matchup played in Hood River.

Mollie Lewandowski and Miranda Halverson scored 14 points each to lead No. 3-ranked Country Christian to a 60-40 win over the Dufur Lady Rangers Monday in a non-league game played at Dufur High School.
